“Strategic Real Estate Partnerships—Not Transactions.”
Apply below to determine if we’re aligned to acquire and build the right opportunities together.
Finding the right real estate partner is a lot like dating.
If the alignment isn’t there—goals, communication, expectations—it doesn’t matter how good the deal looks on paper. It won’t work.
This process is designed to figure that out before we do business together.
And because details matter more than most people think—there’s a small question in the form having to do with this page.
If you catch it, we’ll both know you pay attention.

What I'm Looking To Partner On..

I’m a Utah-based real estate professional focused on building strategic partnerships around land, commercial, and investment opportunities.
My focus is identifying and executing high-potential real estate opportunities—whether that’s ground-up development (GUD), value-add acquisitions, or strategic land positioning.
I work across RV parks, car washes, subdivisions, and commercial/industrial assets—evaluating each opportunity based on how it can be improved, developed, or optimized for stronger performance.
I’m currently pursuing my ALC and CCIM designations to operate at the highest level in land and commercial real estate.
My edge is Design Psychology Strategy—a ground breaking approach that influences how properties perform, attract, and convert. This is not typical real estate thinking, and it directly impacts ROI.
I partner with investors and builders across Utah to move projects from acquisition to execution—from repositioned assets to ground-up builds, including spec home and subdivision development.
If you’re looking for access, there are plenty of agents, but if you’re looking for strategy, alignment, and execution—you’re in the right place.
Why Consider A Partnership?
Most investors can source opportunities. Fewer know how to evaluate them for true potential, usability, and long-term performance. I bring a combination of: Land and investment strategy (ALC / CCIM track) Construction insight (real-world build understanding) Design Psychology Strategy (how a property actually performs, attracts, and converts)
